Hilton Garden Inn Temecula

The hotel has its pros and cons. I appreciated the spacious lobby area and the fact that they were accommodating while our kids played around—especially the energetic 7-year-old from the soccer team! The rooms were large and nicely maintained. Parking is $10 per night. Initially, I thought it was pricey, but after paying $25–$40 per night at other hotels, it feels more reasonable in comparison. On the downside, the washing machine was out of order, and the pool was quite cold. Breakfast was decent, and as a family with kids, we appreciated that it was included with our reservation. Thank you for providing fresh fruit—it was a nice touch. Reflecting on our stay and comparing it to other hotels, the overall quality wasn’t bad.

Rooms were clean but we did have a tiny flashing light above us the entire night. Not sure if it's the smoke detectors but it didn't bother us much. Location is close to everything, food, stores and so much more.

While the hotel itself was clean, and the staff was pleasant, the room AC was awful & couldn't be lowered or fixed when called. The every other day room service needs some work, even after requesting, I was out of washcloths and ran out of toilet paper completely. I had to resort to the lobby restroom. The garage gives anyone access to the hotel (no card needed) so that was concerning. I ended up checking out a day early from a 5 night stay.

Such an amazing property. The front desk staff were warming and welcoming. The housekeeping cleaned our room so specific and detailed. The food and beverage staff cooked up some delicious meals. The pool, BBQ grill and the outside couch area was such a great space to relax and unwind. The gym space had all your needs to have a great workout. The Hotel all around in general was always clean and welcoming. Thank you to all the great wonderful staff for a great experience. 5 STARS!!!

I have now stayed here twice and the hotel staff has always been very patient and friendly. (I kept calling for an early check-in) the rooms have always been super clean and stocked. The hotel itself is located in a great area where it’s quiet and comfortable. It is super close to Old Town and just a small Uber ride down cost me less than $10. The parking structure is convenient and $10 a night!

My friends and I booked a suite for the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn to celebrate a friend who is getting married and I just wanted to express my gratitude to the amazing staff. Lydia, thank you for the exceptional service you provided during our stay. From before we checked in to check out, we couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone went up and beyond to make our stay the best. I highly recommend staying here at this location if staying traveling to Temecula. Thanks again to Lydia and staff!!

Hotel was nice, appeared nearly brand new. Staff were super friendly but appears to be haunted LOL. We had a ton of fun in and around this hotel. Only negative I could say was the bed and pillows were not all that comfortable…

After having a disappointing stay the previous night at the Embassy Suites in Temecula, we booked in to the Hilton Garden Inn a couple of minutes drive away. What a difference between the two hotels. Both part of the Hilton group. Overall a positive stay with a few small negatives. The hotel and our room was reasonably new, clean and modern looking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect if you are bringing your dog. They charge a non refundable 75 bucks for the night and you get a doggy gift back at check in. We were in room 230 . It was a nice room but its location in the building wasn’t great. Next to the ice machine, elevator and laundry room. We got a lot of foot traffic going past our room. Not great, especially if you have a dog. Somebody was playing music in the corridor at 6am. Bit rude.You could hear the elevator door ping every time it opened. Room 230 is close to Jefferson Rd and does get a bit of traffic noise. The shower was fine with a decent water pressure. Breakfast was nothing special, just okay. What we liked was that we were allowed our dog with us. Some places ask you to eat outside if you have a dog with you. We ate away from other guests as some people can be a bit funny about pets in eateries, which I understand. The reception and bar/restaurant area is bright, spacious and has plenty of seating. The hotel has a small pool with a nice looking courtyard to hangout. Parking was $10 per night in an underground garage that has an elevator. Overall a good stay, in a hotel that’s near old town Temecula and straight onto the 15 if you’re heading to San Diego. We would stay here again but not in room 230.
